1st Class Blinds & Shutters is a family owned small business operating out of a tiny, northern San Joaquin valley town.
Jamee and Tracey Miller are small town people, with small town values, who love their family, community and nation! They long ago made the decision to raise their family on their terms, blazing their own trail in business ownership. Tracey is truly the heart behind 1st Class Blinds & Shutters. Her dedication to 1st class service and customer satisfaction is second to no one. Tracey is passionate about helping others find the perfect window coverings to help make client's houses feel like home. Her first passion is raising her family and creating a legacy based on strong values for her boys. Her love for being a mother is echoed in her strong work ethic and love for her clients.
History:
The Miller's first started in the window coverings industry in 1997, when Jamee's dad introduced this new business venture. They assisted with marketing by pounding the pavement and hanging flyers, just to get the phone to ring. They got their first glimpse at customer service and were exposed to the many facets that go in to selling and installing. In 2001 they made the decision to purchase the family business and have been going strong ever since. One of the things that they have enjoyed most is the customer relationships that they build.
